The Basics
How do I reserve a date?
- We require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to reserve a date.
What forms of payments do you accept?
- We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
What is your venue’s capacity?
- Plated / Seated Meal: 140 Guests
- Reception / Heavy Hors D’oeuvres: 175 guests
What time frame can we utilize the venue?
- Receptions and ceremonies cannot start prior to 4:00pm and cannot exceed midnight.
Is there gratuity added to the final invoice?
- Yes, we add 20% gratuity/service fee.
Are you handicapped accessible?
- Yes, we are.
Food & Beverage
Do you have an in-house caterer, or do I need to provide one?
- We proudly make all our food right on site.
Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions?
- Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions if we are given sufficient notice.
Can I bring in a cake from an outside vendor? Is there a cake cutting fee?
- Yes, you may bring in a cake/dessert from an outside vendor. It must be from a licensed and inspected bakery or vendor.
- Cake cutting is offered at no extra charge.
Can we bring in our own beer, wine, champagne, or liquor?
- No. Wisconsin State law does not permit outside beverages. We are happy to look into pricing if there is a specific wine, beer, champagne, or liquor you would like for your wedding.
Are there additional charges for bar staff?
- We staff all events accordingly to properly serve your wedding at no extra charge.
- Extra staffing is available by request for an additional charge.
Miscellaneous
Are tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware, and glassware included?
- Yes, we provide all of these, however, you are welcome to use your own. If you use your own, a setup and breakdown time will be agreed upon.
Are there any decoration restrictions?
The following are not allowed at any time and are not negotiable:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vape sticks)
- Smoke Machines
- Pyrotechnic Devices
- Glitter or anything that may shed glitter
- Confetti
- Rice
- Candles (unless in votive holders, lanterns, hurricane shades, etc.)
- Unwrapped candy (i.e. M&Ms, Skittles, Gummy Bears, Licorice, etc.)
- Any adhesives, nails, screws, or pins that will cause permanent damage to walls or fixtures (Only exception is using Command Strips)
Can you accommodate a DJ or Live Band?
- Yes, we can accommodate both.
