In his spare time, he designs golf courses, is a passionate home chef, and always enjoys a competitive game of ping pong.
Wendy’s passion for customer service is reflected in her 25 years of experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. Joining New Berlin Hills in 2007, Wendy quickly worked her way from Bar Manager to Food & Beverage Director where she was able to use her vast experience to improve department operations and increase sales & event volume. When it’s time to relax, Wendy prefers to stay active, golfing, hiking and playing volleyball. She has even rappelled down a 60 foot waterfall. She is hoping to golf in all 50 states and looks forward to the day when Green Golf Partners manages courses in Hawaii so she can move there- the sooner the better!
